While our users try hard to correctly identify every plant on our site, myplantid.com cannot guarantee the accuracy of that identification. All information is provided “as is” without an express or implied warranty of any kind. No information you receive from myplantid.com should be used to determine the edibility of any plants or plant parts.
- By registering on myplantid.com and participating in our service, you agree to not hold myplantid.com, its affiliates, officers, employees and representatives responsible for any penalties, claims, or liabilities, included any associated attorney fees arising from your use of this service.
- By supplying us with your email address, you thereby give us permission to contact you using that address. We will not release your email address or any other personal information to any third parties.
- Any links to third parties found on myplantid.com cannot be guaranteed by myplantid.com. Inclusion of these links on myplantid.com does not imply our recommendation of these services.

- upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- "stalk" or otherwise harass another; and/or
- collect or store personal data about other users in connection with the prohibited conduct and activities set forth in paragraphs a through m above.

MYPLANTID.COM AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTY THAT (i) MYPLANTID.COM SERVICES WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS; (ii) MYPLANTID.COM SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR ERROR-FREE and (iii) THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF MYPLANTID.COM SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED BY YOU FROM MYPLANTID.COM OR THROUGH OR FROM THE SERVICES SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE TOS.
